About Me

Aaron Pedersen was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. Graduating from the University of Washington in Seattle with a B.A. in Business Administration in 1995, Aaron worked in Seattle and Alta, UT for 5 years before returning to Tacoma. He has been involved with website design and photography in the Tacoma area since the turn of the millenium.

Computers have been a regular part of Aaron's life since he was 8 years old. An early Texas Instruments cartridge machine and a beautiful IBM PCjr loaded with tools like DOS and MS-BASIC would begin a lifelong journey of programming and design. The photography came later when it was evident that custom imagery would be an essential part of the digital age. Familiarity with software and hardware tricks led to HDR photography, ideal for showcasing real estate. Photo equipment includes backdrops, lighting, ultra-wide angle lens, telefoto lens, macro lens and high-powered flashes.

Aaron prefers to work with small businesses and individuals because their progress, their improvement, their results and even their failures are very measurable in a short period of time. He currently lives in the north end with his wife and daughter and spends much of his spare time scrutinizing and photographing people and places of Tacoma.
